Pakistani officials announced on Tuesday that five suspected terrorists had been killed in a drone strike that hit the Khysor area, 7 kilometers away from the town of Mir Ali, in the North Waziristan Tribal Agencyon Monday.
Reportedly, three terrorists were killed in the attack on a building, while two others were killed in a missile strike on a vehicle.
This comes as drone strikes target almost on a daily basis the Pakistani-Afghan border areas and in particular North Waziristan, which are known to be strongholds of the Taleban and Al-Qaeda terrorists.
As a reminder, similar attacks carried out three weeks ago in the area of Mir Ali had killed at least 14 terrorists, including a commander of theTehreek-e-Taleban Pakistan (TTP).
