At least 11 people killed and dozens more wounded in violent incidents

A series of violent incidents have been reported on Sunday across Iraq, claiming the life of at least 11 people and leaving dozens of others injured.

In Baghdad, six people were wounded when a bomb targeting the motorcade of the head of a minister of parliament’s office exploded near a petrol station, while three other blasts in the capital killed one and injured 13 others.

Meanwhile, five persons, including two employees of the Integrity Ministry and of the Culture Ministry respectively, died during separate shooting attacks in Baghdad.

Two separate car-bombs carried in Garma and Baquba claimed the life of four police men and one civilian, while 10 others sustained injuries.
